Lost Creek Road
I took a little drive around my area the other night. Sometimes I forget why I love West Virginia, and I have to remind myself. I wanted to be sure that I would remember while I'm in Chicago for my internship.

Football
Yesterday, I attended one of the year's last football games and the last I will attend as an OU student. I was only shooting for fun, so as usual I found the band much more interesting than the game.

Haunted Train
These are a few images from my first photo project of the quarter. I photographed a haunted train ride, and it was not my best shoot. But I learned a few things, about night-time photography, editing, and trains. And I did have fun shooting.

Bridge
The New River Gorge Bridge is (according to the signs) the longest single arch bridge in the western hemisphere.

Sidelines
I attended my brothers' soccer game Friday night, and as usual I found the crowd more visually interesting than the game.
Cooper's Rock
A few weeks ago I visited a state park that I had never been to before. I love hiking and being outside, and Cooper's Rock is a great place for both. Places like this are why I love WV.

Blackberry Festival
I went to a local festival last night, and while I didn't stay long, I did have a chance to make some fun images with the lights that were everywhere.

Summertime
I haven't done much in the past two weeks besides watching my sister and spending time with friends. I've just been bumming around with my camera shooting whatever's in front of me. I'm hoping to have more time in the next month to make some meaningful images, but in the meantime it's been nice to take a break.

Sparkle
An overdue pic from the 4th. I haven't been doing much this summer, just shooting family and friends. But I've been enjoying shooting for fun, and I feel like my creative juices are being recharged. I'm currently spending a week in Chicago, so hopefully I'll have some cool images to share from my trip.

Golf
The Nationwide Tour has a tournament stop just a few minutes from my house, so I took advantage of that lat week to learn a little bit about shooting golf. I didn't get any frames that I'm crazy about, but I learned a lot, had a lot of fun, and met some great people.
